Welcome to mamusnp.ucdavis.edu. This site is designed to be a resource for screening and designing primers for SNP's designed using 454 sequences. Below you can find downloads of potential SNP candidates selected from our analysis pipline as well as tools to further screen and design primers from these candidates.
